2.Pure aluminum conductor(Ultra fine enamelled aluminum wire),it is weight is 1/3 of the copper wire,so as to release the weight of the reel,conductivity is 61% of enamelled copper wire, half weight of the copper under the same resistance.without be solded directly. it is widely used to VCM reel,moving reel,ect.
3.Alloy conductor-Ultra fine enamelled High-tension wire with a conductor made of a copper-based alloy,the hight-tension magnet wire(HTW).it is tesile strength-approx,25% higher than copper,conductivity 93% or more, same as copper magnet wires in solderability. it is widely used of two kinds of metal. such as copper-clad wire(CCA wire),it has such characteristics as holp reduce the weight of coils made.the ratio of copper cladding can be selected among 10-15% or the like. conductivity 64%,it is tensile stregth-Approx,higher than aluminumwire.it is widely used for Blueteeth earphone,VCM reel,Hollow reel, Voice reel,ect.

Copper-clad aluminum wire features :
Lighter than pure copper in weight . CCAW is almost 1/3 of the weight of etp copper wire weight with same thickness. Higher conductivity than pure aluminum.Better strength than aluminum.
Better solderability than aluminum,because the surface of the conductor of CCAW is clad with copper,there is no need special soldering as is the case with aluminum wire.Soldering can be done in the exactly same way as with copper wire. CCA wire can be easily processed to fine or flat wire.CCA wire is environmental friendly, copper clad aluminum saves the copper resources and the production process is nonpolluting.
