Copper Clad Aluminum and Magaluma Wire is a new upgraded product which we made based on copper clad aluminum wire . It adopts magaluma as the center core and plate copper coating cincentrically on the sureface . CCAM wire adopt the welding and stretch technique that enable the products with high strength, light weight and good conductivity.Manufacture Standard:
SJ/11233-2000, ASTM B 566-93 Copper Clad Aluminum Wire.
CCA wire is divided into two mechnical status: Annealed (A) and Hard Drawn(H) .

We are currently providing Copper Clad Aluminum-magnesium alloy Wire with tinned plated-TCCAM .Compared with tinned copper wire , when their diameters and weight are equal , the length of tinned CCAM is 2.5times more than tinned copper wire. Compared with CCAM , it has same solder nature as copper wire, not like CCAM has to do special treatment .Copper clad Aluminium and Magaluma wire with tin plated.The inner conductor is copper clad aluminum and magnesium alloy wire, and plated tin outer which means tinning on CCAM wire surface.The electric and mechanical perfomance is between copper wire and CCAM. It synthesises copper’s electric conduction nature and light weight and shielding of the CCAM .
